STRENGTH

“The MOST valuable qualities I am looking for as a coach are: knowledge, great communication, dedication, and sympathy. Well, Mark excels at those things. I first got to know him via some memes on IG (yeah he's the meme lord as well lol), then contacted to ask for advice on my lifting form around Feb 2023. He happily did it, just to a stranger, with attention to details! Then fast forward a few months I got chronic knee pain, went from squatting around 200kg to only 140kg, at this point I decided to hire Mark as a coach. Since then, roughly 1.2 years working together, we managed to constantly increase my squat from 205kg to 260kg, deadlift from 210kg to 250kg, bench from 135kg to 150kg. He's been managing his athletes with constant care and I am deeply grateful for it. We also have a supportive community as well. All in all, if you are looking for a well-rounded coach, I couldn't recommend Mark any higher.”
